Renasant Bank joins SVP network

Renasant Bank is set to partner with payments
and online financial management solutions provider eWise to
offer secure alternative payments to its US customers.
The agreement will allow the bank’s customers
access to Secure Vault Payments (SVP) – a private online payment
network developed by US e-payments association NACHA and eWise.
“We are excited to offer an alternative
payment to our customers and to be part of the growing SVP
network,” said Jim Gray, senior vice president and CIO of Renasant
Bank.
“Through this relationship we can now offer
our customers a fast and easy way to make secure payments and
manage their online transactions right from their bank
account.”
As well as encouraging the use of online
banking, the system allows users to make immediate payments
through their current online banking accounts without having to
enroll, register or share account information.
