1. Access
As a subscriber or trial user to http://www.vrl-financial-news.com/ you wish to access one or more of the services provided by Financial News Publishing Ltd. By using your username and password to access Financial News Publishing Ltd services via http://www.vrl-financial-news.com/ or any subdomains of these domains, ("the Site") you enter into a Financial News Publishing Ltd User agreement and accept in full all the terms and conditions set out below.
If we, Financial News Publishing Ltd terminate this Agreement, we will e-mail you at the address you provide on registration.
 Termination will be effective at that time, so that the assigned User Name and Password will no longer provide access to the Site. You will be responsible for notifying us of any changes to your e-mail address. In the event of Financial News Publishing Ltd terminating the Agreement you will receive, if applicable, a refund on the outstanding balance of your subscription at the time of termination.

Each registration is for a SINGLE USER ONLY unless otherwise specified. To access the Site you will be asked to enter your individual User Name and Password. Therefore we do not permit any of the following: Any other person sharing your User Name and Password Any part of the Site being cached in proxy servers and accessed by individuals who have not registered with Financial News Publishing Ltd as users of the Site Access through a Single User Name and Password being made available to multiple users on a network.
If Financial News Publishing Ltd reasonably believe that a User Name and Password is being used in any of the ways identified above, Financial News Publishing Ltd reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block access.

Where such access is made to such restricted material then usage fees will be applicable as published from time to time on the Financial News Publishing Ltd service. Financial News Publishing Ltd shall have no liability for any interruption or delay in access to the Site irrespective of the cause.

The Agreement will be governed by UK Law. The UK courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
